On the Gay Question (GayQ) – From a Catholic Perspective

Introduction to the GayQ
In this article we shall discuss the “Gay question” (henceforth referred to as the GayQ) from a Catholic perspective.
Catholic doctrine has always recognized homosexual acts as sinful, since they go against the natural law that God created.
Moreover, we used to see homosexuality as a mental illness (it still is).
But now it is an illness that the world refuses to treat, to the detriment of these poor souls.
In contrast to the world, admonishing the sinner is officially a Catholic Spiritual Work of Mercy.
One cannot deny this fact without denying official teachings of the Catholic Church.
If I see a drug addict, an alcoholic, a woman caught in prostitution, would I hope they can overcome it?
YES!
If I could possibly say something to be a part of their conversion, would I do it?
YES!
What kind of monster wouldn’t!?
The lying media has convinced people that practicing sodomy is somehow not in the same category of devastating vices that kill lives and souls.
That is factually false, as all possible evidence, both secular and religious, shows beyond all doubt.
And that is why the lying media suppressed this. This article will tell the truth on the matter.
I pray for those caught in this vice. Men who overcome it are inspiring.
Temptation is not a sin (if not caused through one’s own fault).
If someone simply has this temptation, please know that RESISTING THIS TEMPTATION IS HIGHLY MERITORIOUS AND EARNS NOTHING BUT THE GRACE OF THE LORD!
But consenting to this vice is akin to (and often paired with) things like drug addiction, as the article will show.
By the end of the article, it will become clear that homosexuality is a disease.
And the only cure is abstinence from homosexual acts, with full conversion of mind, heart, and body to Christ.
The GayQ According to the Mainstream Media
Firstly, let’s talk about how the mainstream media presents the GayQ.
Our society likes to act like homosexuality is an acceptable, loving, healthy, happy and increasingly popular way to live.
But is this true? Or is there a hidden agenda happening here? It’s the latter.
As, I have already said before, the mainstream media lies and spreads propaganda.
Let’s look at the case of Rosie O’ Donnell. In 2004 Rosie announced “the first gay cruise with family values.”
Well, the first gay cruise started in 1987. So that means there were 17 years of gay cruises with no “family values,” per Rosie O’ Donnell.
She basically admitted this, as an openly gay person.
So does anyone really think that those cruises were anything other than gay sex and partying? I doubt it.
The unrepentant homosexual community has always been against family values, and acting like they are pro-family is only a ruse.
You don’t believe me? Let’s look at what unrepentant lesbian and sodomy evangelist Masha Gessen says:
“Gay marriage is a lie.”
“Fighting for gay marriage generally involves lying about what we’re going to do with marriage when we get there.”
“It’s a no-brainer that the institution of marriage should not exist.” (This statement is met with very loud applause.)

As I have said before, feminism has always been about destroying the family unit and marriage.
And the unrepentant homosexual “wing” of feminism is no different.
They want to pervert the idea of marriage like they pervert the idea of sex.
And if perverting the sacredness in sex and marriage weren’t enough, they are coming after your kids.
They Are Coming For Your Children
The increase in unrepentant homosexual characters in children’s shows has skyrocketed in the past 2 decades:

So you can call it a coincidence all you want, but you are just denying the reality here:

The GayQ According to THE SCIENCE™
Some of you still may not believe me on the GayQ.
You may say, “well, the mainstream media is just affirming the facts that homosexuality isn’t that bad.”
But what do the facts say? We will see what THE SCIENCE™ says.
THE SCIENCE™ Says that the GayQ is Linked to Child Molestation and Other Sexual Perversions
In the previous section I said that the gays were coming after your children.
Unfortunately, THE SCIENCE™ shows this to be true.
Dr. Judith A. Reisman published an article in 2001 with alarming facts:
73% of “gay” men report sex with boys 16-19 or younger.
150 boy homosexual victims versus 20 girl heterosexual victims per molester.
CRAFTING BI/HOMOSEXUAL YOUTH
Also 64% of sodomy victims under 18 years old were boys:
Dr. Judith A. Reisman makes a really good case in her article, citing many studies and statistics that show that unrepentant homosexuals recruit new homosexuals through pedophilia.
Now that our politically correct world has allowed gays to adopt children, we see more instances of gay men molesting their adopted children.
And it’s not only the case that unrepentant homosexuals molest children more, on average, but there is a correlation on this leading to becoming homosexual.
You still think that choir is kidding when they say they’re coming for your children?
Of course, several of the San Francisco’s Gay Men’s Choir that sang that song are convicted sex offenders.
In addition to the correlation of homosexuality and child molestation, it seems that the unrepentant homosexual lifestyle leads to other sexual perversions.
Most gay men have had more than 100 partners and almost a third have had over 1000 partners.
There is also widespread infidelity and promiscuity amongst unrepentant homosexuals.
This makes sense, since gay bath houses have always been a part of the gay lifestyle.
And now gay bars/clubs and gay hookup apps are used as other means to live a life filled with sexual gratification.
THE SCIENCE™ Says that the GayQ Leads to More Health Issues
You may be saying now, “Well maybe we should keep children from gay men, but gay people are healthy when not around children!”
But is being gay healthy?
Well for one, gay men have a much higher rate of getting HIV/AIDS than any other group:
Not only do gay men have a much higher rate of HIV/AIDS, but they also have a higher rate of getting gonorrhea and syphilis:
But it’s not only the case that unrepentant homosexuals get HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea and syphilis at a higher rate, but they also get a higher rate of enteric diseases, particularly intestinal parasitic infections.
I will stay silent on why unrepentant homosexuals get intestinal diseases more often, but we all know why.
THE SCIENCE™ Says that the GayQ Leads to More Unhappiness
Not only does THE SCIENCE™ say that unrepentant homosexuals are linked with child molestation, STDs and intestinal diseases, but it also says that unrepentant homosexuals are unhappy.
Firstly, the actual and attempted suicide rate among unrepentant homosexuals is significantly higher than heterosexuals:
Do happy people attempt or successfully commit suicide? No, they do not.
Secondly, unrepentant homosexuals are more likely to live a significantly shorter life than heterosexuals:
Do happy and healthy people die, on average, in their early 40s? No, that would be absurd.
These people are dying much younger, even without AIDS, which means they are not happy and healthy.
Thirdly, substance abuse of both alcohol and drugs is higher in unrepentant homosexuals.
Fourthly, unrepentant homosexuals have higher rates of mental illness than heterosexuals:
Fifthly, unrepentant homosexuals tend to experience more domestic violence, on average, than heterosexual people.
Thus, it should come as no surprise that unrepentant homosexuals are not as happy as heterosexuals:
Now, before I continue, I know a lot of you are going to say, “But the reason homosexuals are so miserable is because of all the hateful, abusive homophobes LIKE YOU!!!”
You act like the World hasn’t accepted you. However, it has. You are allowed to have “Gay Pride Parades.”
Christians and non-Christian Heterosexuals don’t have parades in many Western countries.
We would be falsely persecuted as being “bigoted” if we did, and then get canceled, doxed and fired.
We are silenced because, according to you, we have “Christian/White/Male/Straight Privilege.”
So who is really being persecuted here? We are, not you. And you know it’s true.
You may or may not have been bullied, and it’s a shame if you were, but we are bullied – BY YOU!
In conclusion, THE SCIENCE™ clearly says that unrepentant homersexuals live an objectively worse quality of life than heterosexuals.
(You remember that choir was just joking right?)
The GayQ According to Natural Law
If THE SCIENCE™ wasn’t convincing enough, hopefully a little philosophy will fortify the reason perspective on the GayQ.
Natural Law According to Aristotle
Aristotle introduced the idea of Natural Law to ethical philosophy.
According to Aristotle:
Universal law is the law of Nature. For there really is, as every one to some extent divines, a natural justice and injustice that is binding on all men, even on those who have no association or covenant with each other.
Rhetoric, Book I, Chapter 13
And:
Of political justice part is natural, part legal; natural, that which everywhere has the same force and does not exist by people’s thinking this or that; legal, that which is originally indifferent, but when it has been laid down is not indifferent..
Nicomachean Ethics, Book V, Chapter 7
In other words, we can derive what is morally right or wrong through reason, and all men are bound to it, regardless of what they believe.
Natural Law According to St. Thomas Aquinas
St. Thomas Aquinas expands on this idea, saying:
…this is the first precept of law, that “good is to be done and pursued, and evil is to be avoided.”
…there is in man an inclination to things that pertain to him more specially, according to that nature which he has in common with other animals: and in virtue of this inclination, those things are said to belong to the natural law, “which nature has taught to all animals” [Pandect. Just. I, tit. i], such as sexual intercourse, education of offspring and so forth.
ST I–II, Q. 94, A. 6.
So the point here, using natural law derived from reason (with no appeal to religion) one can deduce that we have to pursue good and avoid evil.
And how do we know what is evil? As St. Augustine says:
Thy law, O Lord, and the law written in the hearts of men, which iniquity itself effaces not.
Confessions, Book II, Chapter IV
So we know instinctively by listening to our hearts what is good and what is evil.
And through natural law we pursue the good.
And the good of sexual intercourse (going back to St. Thomas) comes natural to all animals.
The final end of sexual intercourse for all animals is to produce offspring.
Using sexual intercourse to produce offspring is a natural good.
On the contrary, using sexual intercourse in ways where no offspring can possibly be produced is unnatural.
And then unnaturalness should make it clear to any rational being that it is not a natural good.
Thus, since it is not a natural good, it is therefore a natural evil, which should be avoided.
The GayQ According to Christianity
So what about Christianity and the GayQ?
We hear all the time that Christianity used to be against homosexuality, but that is changing. Has it? No.
The Bible on the GayQ
Here are several Bible quotes about homosexuality:
Let me go over a few.
In Genesis 19, God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrha because of their sins, especially the sin of Sodomy.
Then, in Leviticus:
Thou shalt not lie with mankind as with womankind, because it is an abomination.
Leviticus 18:22
And:
If any one lie with a man as with a woman, both have committed an abomination, let them be put to death: their blood be upon them.
Leviticus 20:13
St. Paul says:
And, in like manner, the men also, leaving the natural use of the women, have burned in their lusts one towards another, men with men working that which is filthy, and receiving in themselves the recompense which was due to their error.
Romans 1:27
And:
Know you not that the unjust shall not possess the kingdom of God? Do not err: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, Nor the effeminate, nor liers with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor railers, nor extortioners, shall possess the kingdom of God.
1 Corinthians 6:9-10
And:
Knowing this, that the law is not made for the just man, but for the unjust and disobedient, for the ungodly, and for sinners, for the wicked and defiled, for murderers of fathers, and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, For fornicators, for them who defile themselves with mankind, for menstealers, for liars, for perjured persons, and whatever other thing is contrary to sound doctrine…
1 Timothy 1:9-10
According to St. Jude:
As Sodom and Gomorrha, and the neighbouring cities, in like manner, having given themselves to fornication, and going after other flesh, were made an example, suffering the punishment of eternal fire.
Jude 1:7
So it’s pretty clearly said in the Bible that homosexual acts are an abomination worthy of eternal damnation.
If anyone tells you “the Bible doesn’t say that homosexuality is a sin” just show them this article.
If they are ignorant, then they will learn, and if they are lying, then you will admonish them.
The Catholic Magisterium on the GayQ
What does the magisterium of the Catholic Church say regarding the GayQ?
Firstly, according to the Catechism of the Council of Trent, written in AD 1566:
Neither fornicators nor adulterers, nor the effeminate nor sodomites shall possess the kingdom of God.
…avoid idleness; for, according to Ezechiel, it was by yielding to the enervating influence of idleness that the Sodomites plunged into the most shameful crime of criminal lust.
Catechism of the Council of Trent, Sixth Commandment
Secondly, The Douay Catechism of 1649 says:
Q. What is the second [Sin that cries to Heaven for Vengeance]?
A. The sin of Sodom, or carnal sin against nature, which is a voluntary shedding of the seed of nature, out of the due use of marriage, or lust with a different sex.
Q. What is the scripture proof of this?
A. Out of Gen. xix. 13. where we read of the Sodomites, and their sin. “We will destroy this place because the cry of them hath increased before our Lord, who hath sent us to destroy them,” (and they were burnt with fire from heaven.)

Thirdly, in the Catechism of St. Pius X written in 1908, Pope St. Pius X writes:
3 Q. Which are the sins that are said to cry to God for vengeance?
A. The sins that are said to cry to God for vengeance are these four: (1) Willful murder; (2) The sin of sodomy; (3) Oppression of the poor; (4) Defrauding labourers of their wages.
Catechism of Saint Pius X
So in other words, sodomy is one of 4 sins that cry to God in Heaven for vengeance; it is that bad!
Moreover, the Church Fathers and other Saints consistently condemn sodomy as one of the worst sins.
Final Thoughts on The GayQ
So let me conclude with this: I want all of these unrepentant homosexuals to go to Heaven.
Wanting someone to go to Heaven is the ultimate form of love for anyone.
And to go to Heaven, they need to stop their sinning! Also, their sinning is leading to torment on Earth!
So any unrepentant homosexuals I implore you to stop. Seek help. Join Courage.
It is a Catholic apostolate that will help you lead a chaste life and discover an authentic relationship with Jesus Christ.
